What if I forgot my password?
If
you forget your password, you will
be prompted to answer the question
which you submit. Choose a question
that only you will know.

How do I place an order online?
You
can shop 3 ways: by occasion, product
or keyword search. When you find
the item you are looking for click
on it. This search will result in
a search results page where you can
view more details or add the item
to your shopping cart.
When you choose to order a product you put
your quantity in and click the "Add
to Cart" button and it is placed
in your shopping cart. If you choose
to order more than one of that item,
you must enter the quantity, then
press the recalculate button so it
adds in the charges.

How do I remove an item in my shopping cart?
You may empty your cart at any time. Place
a 0 in the quantity and it will remove
it from your cart.

How can I change the quantity of an item in
my shopping cart?
If you choose to order more than one of that
item, you must enter the quantity,
then press the recalculate button
so it adds in the charges.
When you are satisfied with the contents of
your shopping cart and are ready
to make your purchase on line, simply
click on the finalize your order
button and follow the directions
on the screen. It will prompt you
for credit card and shipping information
needed to process your order.

Can I return or exchange your products?
Yes.
Return any item to Party World and
other things. Food products are cannot be returned or exchanged. Simply fill out the
back of the packing slip you received
with your order. Attach the preaddressed
label to your return package and
drop it in the mail. If you are exchanging
an item fill out the back of the
packing slip with the item you want
exchanged. We will ship to you the
new merchandise upon receipt of your
return. Exchanges will be processed
within 24 hours of receipt in our
warehouse. Delivery charges are nonrefundable.
Guarantee at Party World and other thingsĄ
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
simply return any item, any time,
for any reason (or for no reason),
and receive an immediate refund or
exchange. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Food products cannot be returned or exchanged.

happens after I place my order?
Your order will be
shipped within 24 hours. You will
receive an e-mail confirming you
online order. If you have questions
regarding your order you should contact

Can I cancel an order that has already been submitted?
If you would like
to make a change to your order, please

To prevent receiving duplicate shipments,

happens if an item is out of stock?
If
an item is temporarily out of stock,
we will notify you by e-mail. You
will not be charged for an item until
it leaves our warehouse. We will
not substitute an item without contacting
you first.

discounts, please provide us with a photocopy of your

What are your shipping policies?
